Established in 1971

The Northern California Starcraft Camper Club (The Club) is a group of families and individuals who currently own a Starcraft brand recreational vehicle (RV), and get together for organized campouts about once a month. Our campouts encompass northern California areas such as Sacramento, Manteca, Turlock, San Jose, Hollister, and San Juan Bautista to name a few. Each campout is hosted by volunteer member Wagonmasters. Locations are planned a year in advance and typically 20 to 30 rigs attend.

Every year a West Coast Rally is held for the purposes of bringing all West Coast Starcraft clubs together for family fun and camaraderie with other campers. This coming year (2004), the 2004 International Starcraft Rally will be at Casa de Fruta in Hollister, CA, so we won't be doing a separate West Coast Rally.  The other Starcraft Clubs on the West Coast are:

• The Valley Starcrafters of southern California
• The Pacific Northwest Starcrafters in the state of Washington
• And one special family in British Columbia, Canada

A typical campout begins on Friday evening with a hospitality supper hosted by the Wagonmasters. Saturday is filled with optional local events and attractions, relaxing at the campground or visiting with camping friends. Saturday evening generally brings everyone together for a wonderful potluck dinner. On Friday and Saturday evenings, members can be found around the Club fire barrel talking, sharing, laughing and even singing from time to time. The weekend concludes with good-byes at the Wagonmasters campsite with donuts, pastries, fresh fruits and coffee.

We are very proud that our Club celebrated its 25th anniversary in 1997, and continues to grow.

We are hopeful that you will join us as our guests for a weekend of camping fun. This means, you are welcome to try us out at one of our campouts , you pay your own way, and then decide about membership.
 
 

Membership

If you own a Starcraft RV (tent trailer, travel trailer, 5th wheel trailer, camper), including the brands:
        Pine Mountain
        Antigua
        Travel Star
        Homestead
        Aruba
        Ambient

• You must have current membership in the Starcraft International Camper Club
• Currently free when you buy a new Starcraft RV (the factory pays for it), otherwise $20 per year
• Don't sweat it, we can process your application through our Club simultaneously
• You must fill out our application and send us your check for the right amount of money (this is where it gets confusing)
• $20 if you're paying only for our Club, because you already have an International Club membership
• $40 if you're applying for both at the same time
• $15 if you don't want to or can't become a member, but would like a year's subscription to our Nor-Cal Star news letter

Associate members:

Our membership also includes people who previously owned a Starcraft RV while they were members in The Club. They have continued their membership in the The Club by paying their Club dues every year, but have changed to Some Other Brand (SOB) of RV.
